AES Advisory Group, Inc. uses this website to share our services and respond to people who contact us. This policy explains the information involved and the choices you have.
Information you send us
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, message, and whether you represent a school district, an education company, or another organization. You may also provide a phone number, organization, topic, and how you heard about us. We use this information to respond, discuss our services, and maintain related business records.
Please do not use the form to send student records, health information, financial account information, or other sensitive personal information. It is intended for general business inquiries.
Website operation and security
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. Requests can include technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested page, and request time. Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact submissions for automated abuse, and Cloudflare’s email service delivers accepted inquiries to AES. We receive and handle those inquiries through our business email systems, including Microsoft 365.
The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database. Our application logs do not record inquiry messages, email addresses, or security tokens. Copies of your correspondence may remain in the email systems used to handle your request.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, referring sites, pages viewed, broad location and device information, and loading performance. Its analytics beacon does not use analytics cookies, local storage, or a persistent visitor identifier to follow you across visits. Cloudflare’s separate hosting and security services process request information as described above.

Cookies and browser controls
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not require analytics cookies or a saved visitor profile. The site’s separate security services and embedded third-party content may use cookies or similar technologies. Your browser may offer controls for cookies, tracking protection, and external content; using those controls can affect third-party features.
We have not installed Google Analytics or advertising pixels on this website.
Service providers and other websites
We use service providers to host, secure, measure, and operate this website and handle correspondence. This includes Cloudflare and our business email providers. Those providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
The Podcast page contains an embedded Spotify player. Loading or using that player can share request and usage information with Spotify under Spotify’s privacy policy. Links to external registration forms, social platforms, and other websites are governed by those sites’ own practices.
Retention and security
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to respond to inquiries, maintain relevant business records, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the settings and retention practices of the analytics services. Aggregated reports may be retained longer than individual event data.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information handled, including encrypted website connections and access controls for our service accounts. No website or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Requests and questions
To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email adavis@aesadvisory.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required or permitted for legitimate business or legal purposes. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
This is a business-services website, not a service directed to children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through it, contact us so we can address it.
